Hi guys glad to inform that we complete case study about concept of rural entrepreneurship.
Our team Flora consist a 8 members ( my self karthik kc, Ashrita, Karthik kp, Anupa, Subamani, Apoorva, Deeksha, and Siraaj) and we are choosen the topic about Rural entrepreneurship with special reference to Women entrepreneurship.
And we firstly concerned Mr's Shilpa Prasad Hegde, She growing some Anthurium plant in her home, so she is giving full cooperation to your case study and she spend and she share some of her valuable information with us.
Mr's Shilpa Prasad Hegde she lives in a small town called Megaravalli, she is a house wife and she become entrepreneur 3years back, and now she is moving her business successfully, now she is presently held 1/2 Acare of land in her house, and she is doing floriculture activity and she is mainly growing Anthurium flowers, she is growing 3 colors of Anthurium flowers those are Tropical Red , Moments White, and Cheers Pink, by growing these flowers she earning a average 1 Lack ₹ every month.
In the initial stage she facing many problems to growing of these plants, by her family support she is running this business successfully mainly her husband Mr Prasad Hegde encourage her doing this entrepreneural activities, and firstly she invested the 17 Lack ₹ to this business and by the help from some Government subsidy's and she got a knowledge about growing Anthurium plant by Seminor's connected by the Floriculture department, and in initial stage she facing so many problems to growing this plants, like water facility and allso in building and structuring the plant. And she is now a successful women entrepreneur because of her ability to face problems and allso she treated Anthurium plants like a Child, and types of caring and daring of her attitude make her a successful entrepreneur.
