Are you skinny?

Are you skinny?, And you want to gain some muscle? And build Body? Then fallow some of these advices. Because I am skinny too, in my teenage, but now I am gain some muscle mass, and improve my overall fitness.
First thing to gain muscle you must Exercise, because when you Exercise your muscles gonna work, and they need the energy to active during all day so to full fill those energy you feel hungry and start eating more, Exercise means somany people think that goto Gym do workouts, yeah that's is one form of Exercise, but not only Gym workouts are Exercise, all activities that are demanding your physical movements called Exercise, but also not all movements are called Exercise for example Squat, Chin up, Dips these are Exercise that's help you to get good muscle.




Eat healthy foods, healthy food means natural foods not extra oil and suger added foods, natural foods like brown Rice, Eggs, Fish, and Green Vegetables, so these are important because that's why I give first importance to Exercise, when you exercise you need good quality and and more healthy nutritions so get all those in a natural way, don't try on supplements like Mass Gainer, etc.
And set your mind to achieve the muscle gain don't listen to others who doesn't know about muscle building, and listen to your Trainer, and nutritionists, now a days in YouTube you find more person's those are highly qualified trainers and nutritionists.
So fallow thees some steps to build muscle and gain body weight.
